As a licensed car rental provider, Q Cars includes fully comprehensive rental vehicle insurance with “Bail Bond” to ensure hassle free transportation in Thailand.

Service Excellence

•	Free delivery and pickup
•	All cars are covered with 1st class comprehensive insurance including 3rd party liability insurance.
•	Roadside emergency assistance (by AA) is served 24-hour a day.
•	Car replacement is rent-free in case of breakdown or accident.

Rental Conditions

•	Crossing Thai border is not allowed.
•	The company is not liable for any loss or damage to any property carried on the car.
•	Minimum charge for rental is at least 2 days.
•	One rental day is 24 hours. Extra full hours are charge at ¼ of the daily rate.
•	Parking, toll fees, gasoline, and tickets are the renter’s responsibility.

Rental Requirements

•	Minimum driving age is 20 years old.
•	Valid driving license from country of residence is acceptable.
•	Valid local license or international license is acceptable.
•	A copy of renter’s ID card or Passport and driving license is required.
